This Workshop with Power Asana Yoga will be Dedicated to the Arm Balance. To start with foundations to build core and arm strength and to open the hips, then move on to practice the most common arm balances, such as Crow, Peacock, Eight Angle pose.. find easy and comfort in arm balance by correct alignment and the concept of counter balancing.
We will finish with the wrist and shoulder therapy to relese any tension and to maintain healthy joints and muscles.
All levels welcome. No prior arm balance experience needed, the workshop is suitable for both beginning students as well as for experienced practitioners looking for refine their arm balance practice. Variations will be provide to the different levels.
